CONTROL

At Hermetic Sealing, we have the complete control over the manufacturing process and can make safer guarantees to our customers on things like delivery time, quality, consistency of our products and pricing.
 

 

PRODUCTION

All the welding machines guarantee high quality welding of different materials such as various types of stainless steels, aluminum alloys, titanium and other materials.
All operators have quality equipment at their disposal, whilst all the measuring instruments are kept in perfect working order and undergo periodic testing.
 

 

VACUUM TESTING

Our products are assembled in a clean area, to guarantee the ultra-high vacuum requirements, and tested using a helium mass spectrometer (maximum sensitivity of 1x10 -11 mbar l/s).
 

 

 

ELECTRICAL TESTING

We make electrical tests on each feedthrough we manufacture, because what we want is to be 100% sure that our products match the specifications and the customer’s demands.
